Shipping:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
Most of our products are in stock, some products will require special processing. We will contact you if the processing requires more than 2-3 business days.
Once processed, orders will be shipped out UPS ground (delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days). Upon shipping, a shipping confirmation/tracking number email will be sent to your email address. For expedited shipping inquiries and rates, please con contact us.
Shipping charges and terms are based only on orders shipped within the Continental United States. For all other shipping requests please contact us directly.
Payment:
Stone Textile accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
All orders placed on the Stone Textile website will be charged the applicable state of Texas Sales Tax Prices and availability of all products are subject to change without notice.
Returns:
At Stone Textile we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days after you receive your product, provided that it is in the same condition as it was when you received it. We will not accept product returns after that 7 day period. Some made to order styles are not refundable.
All returns require an authorization number. Please email us for that number and return instructions. Please be aware that Shipping and handling costs incurred in connection with the return will not be refunded.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Pillows:
Our pillows have down/feather blend pillow inserts.
All pillows should be dry-cleaned or spot cleaned and pressed if needed.
Throw Blankets:
Our throw blankets should be dry cleaned due to the delicate nature of the yarn.
Our bambu blankets are made from yarns that are cultivated according to sustainable and environmentally-sound practices. The yarn is free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
Fabric:
The Stone Textile printed fabric line is made with formaldehyde free dyes.
Our fabric can be used for upholstery or drapery projects for commercial or home use.
Please contact us if you are interested in Stone Textile swatches. There is a two yard minimum on all fabric by the yard purchases.

Does Stone Textile off a bridal registry feature?
Yes, we do. While our site registry feature is under construction, we can do things the old fashioned way and put together a registry that can be emailed to your wedding or bridal shower guests. Take a look at our registry page. (LINK)
Does Stone Textile do custom designs?
Yes we do. We work closely with interior designers, commercial designers, and set designers. Please contact us to discuss your project ideas further.
What are your home styling rates, and do you only work in the Austin area?
