A loy of my design inspiration comes from things from the past. Jewelry, Furniture from the 70’s + 80’s, Vintage Textiles ect… So yesterday’s trip to Round Top + the famous Marburger Antiques Fair (a vintage mecca!) was quite inspiring…here are a few cool pieces we saw along the way.
Love the 1970’s wood/brass lamp base.
Was so close to getting this geometric lucite art piece for my studio but it was a little too damaged from the sun (lucite and heat do not mix!)
If I only had two dining rooms….such a great mix. The table base is lucite.
These chairs remind me of my own Milo Baughman dining chairs. The pillow covers are made from Turkish rugs, so beautiful in person.
My friend Rachel grabbed these brass tables, they will be used as side by side coffee tables. So happy they came home with us.
Such an interesting chair, love the color block look.
A special shout out goes out to my friend Emily from Magpie Fields. Her booth was amazing and really stuck out. Her vintage collection always inspires me and it was so great to see everything curated in person.
Check back this weekend for a speicial announcement!
